There is a new bad-boy in town, and it's name is Nyxem. Firms around the world preparing their defences for this nasty computer virus that is about to plague the technological world. Once infected, the Nyxem virus uses it's host to spread to other computers, and tries to delete word documents and excel spreadsheets, plus other file types.
Currently, it is believed that the virus is thriving on more than 300,000 different computers world wide, and it's probably going to get much worse.
Most companies are hopefully going to be well protected against this new threat, but home users will probably be more affected. Maybe you are a student, a writer, or small business... whoever you are... BACK UP YOUR WORK NOW.
