Do you have a Macintosh? Do you use a Speedtouch 330? Are you thinking of upgrading to OS X 10.4? Read this...

Speedtouch 330 and Mac OS X 10.4
If you have the Speedtouch 330 USB modem from your ISP and your computer is a Mac, please make sure you download the latest compatible drivers for your modem if you plan to upgrade to OS X 10.4.
The cd rom your recieved should be compatible with OS 8.6 - 10.3.9 but not any higher.
Many ISP's use the Speedtouch modem and will have many people calling up asking why the modem does not install once they have upgraded.
Well the answer is that OS X 10.4 is a 64bit operating system and the drivers on the cd are only 32bit.
Hope this helps.
